1) The LLM will always just see strings of text. Thanks @sharonzhou.bsky.social
2) Chat records like slack should be perfect for fine-tuning: it’s mostly questions, answers and org specific terms.
3) The magic is in actually retrieving the right info, with metadata like age, links, etc.
