I just came across the NASA directives library again and found one thing what immediately resonated with me: Expiration dates.

Next time I create a piece of information that will loose value over time I’ll add a “best before” date together with a change timestamp.

Ground rule of #forecasting when you don’t have a reference class:

“If you don’t know what you do, multiply by two.”
