It’s so much! Our social lives definitely revolve around our hockey parent friends this time of year 😅 and we love it! But it is a lot.

I met my husband because our childhood BFFs married each other. I refer to their family as “the [married last name]s” but my friend by her first and maiden names. So much so that my kids know who I mean 😂 (she’s an 80s Melissa so always need a last name to clarify which)

It’s always such a great atmosphere. And the hockey is so good! Love to see the league expanding.

It wasn’t her first shutout but the ones she got last season were in games where her team was so dominant she saw 2 or 3 shots. Could have let them all in and still won. So this was the first *real* shut out.

Love this! We’ve had so much fun at Sceptres games that we got season tickets this year.

I’m so glad they’re keeping her comfortable ❤️

Our local tree farms open this weekend! And will sell out quickly so we’ll hopefully get one this weekend or next.

We don’t bag ours but they are at least taken and composted here.

Yessss. Classroom management is a whole job all in its own and it is exhausting.

Every time I help out in my girls’ classrooms I leave thinking about how absolutely terrible I would be at teaching. They are doing so much all the time.

Can’t say I’ve ever been tempted to sleep outdoors when there’s snow on the ground but okay! I can pretend this sounds fun!!

There are things my girls have been doing since they were literal babies that are so exactly them. It’s wild. I wonder when they will see it for themselves 😂

I’ve started with a text to our most outdoorsy local friend to see what we can borrow. We are one million percent not prepared for sleeping in a tent when it’s below freezing.

It’s so rude and no one warns you that it’s really EVERY SINGLE night
