Been having a lot of Thoughts and Feelings™ about my body between long-Covid, diabetes, chronic migraines, and having my appendix poison me and need emergency surgery to remove, and all of it happening in the last year (-migraines) means tbh I’ve felt kinda betrayed by my body and not sexy at all.

I literally don't think I've ever owned a piece of red clothing that wasn't shoes -even in infancy- so the best I can do is offer a red lip.

#ADHD is hard. The last two months or so I have felt really not in control of my symptoms or, well, anything really. But there were not as many demonstrable reminders of that until I got into houseplants. It REALLY DOES NOT HELP the extreme negative self-talk/self-berating I’ve been doing. 😞
