Man, Trump voters got played horrendously. When they said “drain the swamp” what they meant was a coup — a power grab, so that instead of having current politicians who take money from corporations, were just getting the heads of those corporations to act without limits

People are often surprised when I tell them this: both Twitter and Facebook/insta/threads are now specifically engineered to downgrade, hide, suppress real journalism. If this platform is different, that's a huge change
