they’re meant to be frames to reorient what the viewer is looking at as a piece of art (e.g. frame around old BMT signage) but the one above the tracks just feels like it’s asking for someone to stand in the middle of the path while people are trying to get to the platform

some of the red frames at known direct portal to hell 14th St.-Union Square seem kinda haphazard to me? I think the concept is cool but some of them feel like they weren’t thought out
