You misunderstand. the CTA is not a city of chicago agency. it's a state agency. the city of chicago cannot, in any way, fund CTA operations

I meant SB2510 not 2501 - very tired. Senate still has to pass HAM003, but I don't see that not happening seeing as this is the state budget.

Yea it fucking sucks, I try to avoid doing that transfer now. I don't think this is the CTA's fault (except for removing the service alert - that's weird). Just CDOT. Fuck CDOT and kill I-90 with fire

Actually - there used to be a service alert! It got taken down for some reason, but they had this graphic posted for about 4 days beforehand (and had signs at the station, too). It's one of my home stations.
