God I hate that America doesn't have paid days off for those with painful menstrual cycles. Like it's hard for me to function at work and yet I'm expected to just pop a pain pill and push through an 8 hour shift 😕 Cramps are so bad for me that I can't even keep food in my stomach without vomiting
