Just watched The Family Stone [2005] and I don't think I have ever watched a movie where I hated pretty much every character before this. Like damn, everyone is a dick and messy, I was like angry the whole time.

Maybe it's silly and mundane, but I am very proud that I was able to accomplish my resolution this year. Really had to rewire my brain to relax and focus on being present. I did have many gaps from reading for short periods, but happy and surprised I finished with over a month to spare for my goal 🥳
But also, ever since reading burnout in middle school and my ADHD growing stronger, I have been really bad with reading books. One of my resolutions this year was to read more, aiming for 12 books (one a month). One down, and a pretty hearty one at that tbh, so I'm happy

Maybe my least favorite couples dynamic of the trilogy, but the sex scenes were hot. Beginning kinda dragged on a little bit and did not expect the ending, but not let down either. Overall a cool series with an interesting take on magical powers and some spicy queerness. Would recommend.
