I think, in its haste, sumo was too eager to give Hoshoryu the rank of Yokozuna.
Perhaps the benchmark to reach the rank should be consecutive Yusho (irrespective of rank) rather than allowing runner up as an Ozeki to ascend.

All the people hating on Louis Theroux's excellent Settler documentary are doing is driving people to watch it in their droves. As always, all he's doing - very very well - is allowing people to speak for themselves and show the viewer exactly who they are and what they believe
