where i took my three big deep breaths today

touching grass a lot lately but dedicating myself to making a multi-step dinner and then eating it with the people i’ve cooked it for several times a week with minimal phone interference has done wonders for my sense of peace. i am also learning to eat vegetables. yippie.

i try to no longer be influenced but this product actually cleared my skin and, when paired with my old favorite (weleda skin food, original ultra rich specifically) watered my crops

like i made this beef stir fry bowl the other night and not only had i never cooked green beans, but i’d never even tried them before. and it was INCREDIBLE (there’s more beef and rice under the pile of toppings i promise, the plating was just less than ideal lol)
