Despite my humiliation the plan for Kitty remains the same, 1- vet visit to check for chip, 2- snap testing for nefarious illnesses, and then either return Kitty to his people if there is a chip (fingers crossed), or bring him back to the house and see if my other animals accept him. (9/?)

Comfortable enough that I can see the hind end of what looks like not a pregnant female, but a /neutered male/. I’ve been taken for a fool. Kitty mocks my fool’s knowledge that led me here. (8/?)

Not wanting a possible momma cat to have babies on my porch, I made arrangements to get my cat condo cage (three tier luxury, really) set up. After a few days of checking the kitty’s eyes and ears as best I could, I brought the cat in. The kitty was nothing but agreeable during this process. (3/?)
