That’s is an excellent euphemism for a not smart person.

I agree one benefits from following social conventions at times. I add that chasing & yelling also falls into that camp.
I would like to add to that by assuming the other driver might not have been upset at the lack of flashers but at the reduction in speed.
I confess that is an assumption.

That is literally a written rule of etiquette.
Circling back. If your liscencing authority wrote you must use your hazard flashers if you need to move slowly, then you should do that because it's written. additionally, NOT chasing someone into a petrol station to verbally assault them is also a rule

They do it at the drop of a hat if the people have connections to non-Christian backgrounds. I don't see why one type of violet hateful radical is different to any other.

Is your suggestion the person did not know the vehicle was moving slowly and needed the flashers to tell him that?
Or that the driver didn't know he was slower?
Or that the flashers give one permission to move slower?
My guess is he didn't like the speed, not the signifier of it. just a guess

I'm not a fan of "unwritten rules" for many reasons, one of which is, if it were an actual rule we'd have it written down somewhere. For the most part they are things that some people want to be rules because it fits their own world order and they're upset they aren't actual rules. cause they aren't

It varies what to do to drive a bit slower than others, but blinkers aren't required - civility is ALWAYS required. Whatever time that person lost from travelling a bit slower for a bit was thrown away by getting into an argument about it. A sane person would just pass them and go on with their day

An unspoken rule is not a rule. rules by definition are documented
But while we are here
Following someone into a petrol station to call them an entitled piece of shit for driving his furniture-holding truck a bit slower than the limit qualifies as a breach of an "unspoken rule" called civility.

It's not specifically Nazi hatred we don't like. it is the existence of them in our streets that is the problem. There are no Nazis who are lovely, caring people. One does not separate the hatred from the Nazi; there is no one without the other. The are undemocratic and breed hatred with each breath

Bernie is an Independent that Caucuses with the Democrats. He is not himself a Democrat. most of the Democrats that progressives under 50 support are under 50, and all of the complaints about the Democratic Party Leadership is against the old guard, led by the elderly veterans unable to be agile.

I'm pretty definite that is AI as well as very unlikely. SO I went to look for evidence of it and found not one single reference to even a concept that vending machines have folding flaps for street cat shelter. What I did find are comment threads calling out this AI slop.
