Activities I enjoyed as a kid that I still enjoy as an adult (roller skating, puzzles, video games, coloring, watching a comfort movie). Sign up for a class. Go thrifting (I prefer in-person but sometimes online works too) and buy something weird/fun.

It does for me too! I have very different planets there so it manifests differently but this is interesting, because I am NOT playful about my appearance at all. I need to wiggle out of my comfort zone here

Oh yes I love this. Simple but I don’t do it often- I live very downtown in a huge city and have to keep my head on a swivel. This is a wonderful reminder to approach walks differently!
