If it is nothing more than a bandaid then that makes sense. But they definitely make it seem like it is some more advanced technology. Both times I was told to keep it on for five days and was told it was like, super bad if it came off before that. Separate artists too.

We do what the tattoo people tell us today because we assume they are experts... at least that is what I did. Is this like a "do your own research" thing or something else? I had no idea it was bad.

what I like is the Republican party can do stuff like this but still somehow get treated by the press as a very serious and responsible political party whose thoughts and ideas deserve not just equal consideration but EXTRA consideration

@rickperlstein.bsky.social breaks all this down well with his infernal triangle theory: authoritarian ratchet of the Rs, inadequacy of the Ds in responding to it and the obsession of media in a desperate attempt to seem "balanced" resulting in it drifting further right. Sad result is Trumpism.

For fitness,Garmin is generally far and away the best, but it sucks at everything else but telling time. If you want amazing location data, fitness, sleep and health data - get a Garmin. If you want to do anything like text, music, apps, etc - do not get a Garmin. Also, Garmin's vary wildly by model
