I recently saw a post that some airlines having trading cards. On our trip home last week I asked our United this was an actual thing. They paused for a moment, ducked into the cockpit for a bit, and then came back and slid this to me like it was a secret key card. And so it begins.

Well, I got outside this weekend and "touched some grass", as the kids would say. However, it touched back with a powerful allergenic vengeance!

After about 8 months, I'm getting back to making mead. Started two 1 gallon batches just now. When I switch them over to secondary in about 4 weeks, one will get peach puree and the other will get cherry concentrate and vanilla.

I think it's time to fire up a Patreon. I've had some interest from folks wanting to sell prints of my designs. Thinking out what tiers I want to have. Any advice from 3d printing folks who are doing this?

Novice adventures in 3d printing design #235 - currently I'm trying to figure out hinges as I'm wanting to make some boxes. Having marginal success borrowing hinges from other STL files, but still too fragile. I'm exploring how to make them from scratch in Tinkercad.

tried a sample of Big Nose Kate Whiskey. I bought a bottle on the spot. Nice, subtle apricot, orange peel, and vanilla notes up front and a finish that reminds you of what the Old West was and what Kate was, fierce and uncompromising. Maybe the finest American Whiskey I've ever tasted.
