After your kindness and generosity before I went to my local bookstore, ordered a copy of WH and told the owner to put it on the shelf, and whoever brought it to the counter to take home would find it was already paid for.

I asked you this a few years back on twitter.. but how do I get a signed copy of the 2nd edition? As I originally offered, I will happily mail you the copy I purchase and send it with return postage if needed. Or will signed copies be available to purchase?
