Former Marine Biologist specialized on marine mammal population models, now disabled by Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. Streaming on Twitch twice a week to break the social isolation ME/CFS so commonly cause.
So now I have several days ahead of me where I barely dare to sleep due to not trusting anything about my diabetes and constantly have to tweak things to find my new “normal”. So I apologize for being rather invisible outside of streams and rather … odd … on stream ;) Will try to stream Monday too.

And it went on and on, I actually threw away 7 out of 9 pump pods I attached in 3 days, which is normally the lifespan of a single pod, and wasted two bottles of insulin in a single 24 hour period. Things are looking better now, but as with every time stuff this drastic happens, my base dose is off.

I love side quests and have a completetionist mindset. But some games don’t even try to justify the fillers. If you want good side quests look at BG3 and older BioWare games. If you want good side quests and accessible enough fillers to still feel worth it, Witcher 3 and CP2077. Bad example: Ubisoft

Any other disturbance, such as visiting the hospital (20 min drive away) and it takes about a week to even reach that level of activity. A normal 24h cycle at least 75% is spent in bed. The days after a routine hospital visit that number is closer to 90%
