@mrjamesob.bsky.social I’ve been pondering more since our chat this morning. I think lockers may also be part of the answer - high streets with small shops should be treated like the department store of the past. But if you marry it with the parcel lockers you can support local high streets… 1/2

Opinion: Pragmatism without a destination could be Starmer’s downfall. Paired with a heavy reliance on Morgan McSweeney, it risks drifting rather than leading.

Keir Starmer’s trip to Washington next week should be cancelled. If he must visit a North American country he should be paying Trudeau a visit instead.
In addition to this, the UK should be seriously looking at rejoining the EU as a matter of national security.
