✅ VOTE for WFSE-endorsed candidates on Nov. 4!

Fellow WFSE members made these endorsements based on candidates' stances on labor-related issues, like funding our contracts and opposing cuts to state services.

500 more public employees are now members of the Washington Federation of State Employees.

We need every public employee fighting with us to enforce our rights at our worksites, to defend our work in the legislature, and to win a fair union contract when we enter negotiations a year from now.

The solution to @seattlecolleges.bsky.social money woes is not laying of the folks who work directly with students and keep the lights on and toilets working.

Today is a day of liberation, #Juneteenth, which commemorates the final emancipation of enslaved Black Americans in the United States.

🌈 HUGE shout out to WFSE's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, who sponsored WFSE's appearance in the Spokane Pride Parade!

💚 Without our EDI Committee, we wouldn't have had the amazing participation we did. Thank you to these dedicated folks for all the amazing work they put in every day 💚

🤯 Administration at @seattlecolleges.bsky.social want to lay off the staff who have daily contact with students, working on campus to keep every location running.

❓ Presumably, they won't be reducing the salary of the chancellor or the other 7 cabinet members, who together receive $8.5 million.

WFSE stands in solidarity with all communities under attack and understands that the time for unity is now.

We stand united with all workers, particularly the most vulnerable among us.

Solidarity is key to beating back the attacks on immigrants, workers, and unions.

On Peace Officer's Memorial Day, we honor the law enforcement officers who keep our communities safe every day and remember those who’ve made the ultimate sacrifice.

WFSE is proud to be the union for many of these heroes in communities across the state, helping them find a voice in the workplace.
