I don't think making invalid states unrepresentable removes the need for tests? it's hard to imagine a truly infallible complex systeem, but even if it would be, there is still value in verifying that invalid states are actually unrepresentable, that the model is encoded correctly, ...

like... the amount of confusing and outright incorrect stuff in old tests/issues/prs is staggering
