Had a rain day yesterday so I did my Cornmeal Polenta Sourdough Pizza in a skillet. Start to finish it's 6 hours or so and it's a great variation on this traditional food. Toppings were a Taleggio cheese, an uncooked marinara sauce, roasted red peppers and olives. Link to recipe in comments......

I helped a local non-profit get this donated bike to a young triathlete in training. My part was to get the bike repaired, cleaned up and ridable. The organization paid for the parts and a portion of the time I put into the labor. This is what #cycling is all about.
