Some other things i noticed
Zoomed out image of the model from the outside. To the right of Nakahara's office, there's a very small empty room that we never see other than the door - this seems to be where Daigo and Toma mysteriously come from in the cutscene they appear in. One of the lanterns that hangs near the butsudan is also clipping outside the wall. The office in disarray after Nakahara is drunk is a separate model, of course. This is a closeup of one of the calligraphy frames on the ground, with broken glass surrounding it. This cup of something is spilled all over the floor. There is a map for where it should probably be wet, but it isn't visible. This side of the room isn't seen in the cutscene where Nakahara is drunk. The tables are pushed violently back, with one of the chairs completely tipped over and the boxes all over. The shelf the shisa statues were on is also shoved here, with one laying on the tipped over trashcan and the other sitting on the floor.

Here's some of the textures for extra detail
The images used for the photos in Nakahara's office. They are separated into four panels, though the lower-right corner is blank. The two unknown men are on top, with maybe-Nakahara in the lower left. The whiteboard seen in the office. On the left are four names, possibly magnets - top down, they read "Rikiya", "Mikio", "Saki", and "Akiko". (note to self to come back and translate) The ornate rug from the last set of pictures. There's a ruffled trim, with a lighter outside and a red and gold inside. A colorful red fabric with blue flower details that's used a few places around the office.

Top-down view of the table near the entrance. Four green tables are grouped together, each with a blue office chair haphazardly pushed to it. All over and around are cardboard boxes. Each table also has a white corded telephone - two have file-holders (the smaller lighter boxes) and one messily has magazines and a food dish left out. There is a short wooden cabinet with four doors. On top, there is a small cloth that holds two shisa statuettes. Both face forward, but pose opposit each other. Closeup shot of the butsudan shrine in Nakahara's office. There are four 'steps' to the altar, with contents ascending: two pineapples and a watermelon in dishes, what appears to be a urn, four candles in dishes, then four small potted plants surrounding the altar proper. Three greyscale portrait photos are hung high on the wall, above framed calligraphy (i'll come back for a proper transcription sorry). The men on the left and right are unfamiliar, but the middle bears a resemblance to Nakahara, maybe being a picture of him when he was younger! Near the entrance, there are two low green couches around a table. There are dishes on the table, and a magazine. Near the doorway, there's an umbrella holder, with three inside: two grey ones, and a smaller red one. On the walls, there's a calendar with a picturesque photo of a beach, a fan hanging, two posters (that seem to be advertisements), a whiteboard for scheduling, and framed calligraphy highest on the wall. A closeup of the dishes on the table - a large white bowl with blue trimming with chopsticks still inside, a smaller long dish, and a very small sauce-plate. Each dish has a small orange stain at the bottom of it.

a butch design might be hard because the character designs in touhou are very doll-like but maybe something like uglay dolls. There's surprisingly little about gender roles in gensokyo; mokou is considered 'butch' because of her dress but is treated well and is popular so go wild...

finally gained enough braincells to run blender
