I initially found the link after buying the title register for Fortnum’s for £3. (Now £7). Then spent a lot of time walking up and down Jermyn St looking for one of these plaques. It features on my food and drink emporiums virtual tour.

I have been looking for one of those for several years! That block was or might still be owned by The Maudsley Charity. It was given to the Governors of Bethlem Hospital in 1830. @bethlemmuseum.bsky.social have more info and images. Info para 6 here too: www.british-history.ac.uk/survey-londo...
