Men are still reluctant to seek advice from a #doctor. Yes, it’s harder to get an appointment, BUT that isn't an excuse not to book one. Don’t worry or leave things, be it lumps, illness & #mentalhealth as leaving it can cause #anxiety problems, mentally & physically - so book that appointment now.
NHS logo You know your body best so if you notice a change that's not normal for you, it's important to get it checked by your GP.
