"Past congresses delegated authority—emergency powers—to the President, and the President declares everything an emergency. I'm incredibly hopeful.. that at some point, all of this will be ruled unconstitutional because in fact there's no emergency."

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan charged with 2 felonies in ICE case
Brady McCarron, spokesman for U.S. Marshals Service in Washington, D.C., confirmed Dugan was arrested at about 8 a.m. at the Milwaukee County Courthouse and is in federal custody.
