Ignorant people need to hear this: DEI is a valuable recruiting tool that helps companies reach a broader range of candidates. Yet, it does not replace the need for qualifications. While aiming to recruit and provide opportunities, one still needs to meet the credentials required for the job.

My motto in 2025?
No DEI? DNB! ("Do Not Buy")
Systematically divesting myself from as many of these systems as I can without screwing myself or others.
Some are really easy (I never shop at Walmart, forex), some are really damn hard (Amazon, fuck!).
But yeah, time to explore.
