#NIH funding is critical for much of academic medicine. Personally, 75% of my time plus at least 60% of a statistician is supported by my career development award (K23). We use #AI on electronic health records to find patients who may benefit for different treatments than what they’re receiving

I had a great time giving Neurology Grand Rounds at Wayne State on using data to diagnose, explain, and treat Functional Seizures. Such a great audience with great questions!
