thinking about how Louisiana's governor pretended to take a principled stand against the rise of massive coaching contracts with crippling buyouts, only for the school to turn around and offer Lane Kiffin a 7-year, $100 million contract
Lane Kiffin is expected to announce his coaching decision at some point today.

And LSU sources are “very confident” that Kiffin is going to accept the Tigers’ offer to take over, per @brucefeldmancfb.bsky.social.
