It also didn’t say if it’s r01, r21, r03, or project lead on spore/p01 etc…just active nih grants. So presumably if you had 2 active r21s, you are pretty much done for?

I don’t think any NOA has been released from June council. Can your application remain being considered if nci budget later is adjusted as long as it remains pending in era commons?
