In Kingston, we are seeing *so many* people biking on the new Bayridge paths and they’re not even done yet!
Remember, we’ll never get a good sense of what people will do under safe conditions, by watching what some are willing to do under unsafe conditions. Building smart mobility is about supporting the choices we need more people to make, by providing smart, safe, enjoyable infrastructure for them.

Two cell phone while driving violations back-to-back on Princess St between Midland & Bayridge. A reminder stats show distracted driving is now deadlier than impaired driving, comes with a $615 ticket, 3 demeit points & 3-day licence suspension upon conviction, and then a $290 reinstatement fee.
