the energy left in our minds should move us to take action. Taking action is exactly what God wants us to do. E.g., help a victim, Find and prosecute the guilty. Protest if the justice system isn’t working.

I’ve heard for years that journaling is a good thing. I’ve also been diagnosed with OCD. When I’ve reread old journals, I’ve noticed that OCD controlled what I wrote. The last thing I need is a blank journal giving me permission to spiral. Journaling is good for some people. Not so good for others.

As a line editor, I understand your concern. But that’s who he is. EVERYTHING IS A CRISIS THAT ONLY HE CAN SOLVE!! He’s stopped EIGHT WARS. Inflation is coming DOWN FAST. But I get it, even the English language asks, “Why? Why did I have to be his native tongue?”
