Flying has become uncivilized. (DUH! I know.)There is no reason for people to bring on 2 bags. If everyone checked one - the overheads would be free for backpacks and coats and we wouldn’t have to crunch in seats with no legroom. On/offboarding would be faster. RANT!

Over the years, I have sat in a lot of airports and other areas where travelers are gathered. No longer do I hear people respectful discuss current events. Either peeps are using headphones - or they are glued to devices, eyes down. We don’t talk anymore! No wonder we are divided!

This is my first post on Bluesky. I love that there is an alternative place to find people who share what's cooking in their neck of the woods or cityscape. As long as we keep talking, anything is possible, right? Keeping the faith and hoping that we find a better bath forward.
