Personally, I use t-mobile. Better/stronger coverage in my area. Also be sure to check restrictions with Spectrum. They used to require you to subscribe to their internet to have their mobile service.

I've read that the parliamentarian can remove policy changes from a reconciliation bill. Can anyone explain? Or correct me if I'm wrong.

The house parliamentarian can supposedly remove any parts that 'make policy changes' and are not specifically budgetary.

Everyone says not enough votes, but it gives you a record of everyone voting against impeachment. Which would be extremely valuable information for the citizens voting in the next election.
