Another excellent note, this time by Reuven Avi-Yonah, calling out Moore v. United States for what it is: "a tailor-made ... vehicle for a constitutional challenge". I just can't believe that the U.S. Chambers of Commence signed on to this nonsense, and that SCOTUS agreed to hear it.
