Early in its time as an International Harvester corporate property, in 1927, Zook was brought on to design a lodge building based on drawings for a home that the Legges had hoped to build there while Katherine was still alive. The lodge features one of Zook's trademark spiderweb windows.

I, for one, have always dreamed of living in a giant puffball mushroom with a caterpillar-friend. And these designs have a certain appeal to my Inner Hobbit.
