One of my fave cheap ways to engage w/ my players as a DM:
- Hand out empty key rings session 0
- Give a charm out to a player when they do a cool thing
(Might provoke infighting) (a DM dream)
(If you’re bad at planning ahead, get assorted charms in bulk) (I say from experience)
