Inflation is a really strong headwind. It had to be so frustrating his comms team that people discounted Trump's 2020 economy because of COVID, but didn't seem to give Biden any slack because of COVID. Obama was still getting benefit of the doubt in 2012 because of Bush's 2008.

It seems like by the time commercial fusion reactors become viable (and I think they will eventually), that solar and grid-level battery capacity will be too economical.

I think that more price transparency would be good and in some cases could save money. So sure, I support that. It just isn't a solution. Obviously it doesn't help with emergency care, but a lot of places don't have a many providers and so often you are in a system that makes shopping hard.

The economy is best it can be and we really, really want the Fed to cut rates to give it a boost.
