At the recent Network State Conference, Ben Horowitz of Andreessen-Horowitz (a16z) told Balaji Srinivasan that the prominent tech VC firm "believed in the whole thing [the Network State ideology] from 'The Sovereign Individual' on up", and wants to be a part of it.
