6/6 Meta-analytic annotations connect this network to action initiation, execution, and feedback. This result shed light on the frequent neuropsychiatric comorbidities (weakness, fatigue, apathy and abulia) in glioma patients.

5/6 Expressions of the acetylcholine, serotonin and dopamine transporters overlap with the glioma network, consistent with recent advances in cancer neuroscience.

4/6 If the AMN is a functional substrate of gliomas, is there any relationship between tumor location and patient survival? We found that patients with gliomas invading more AMN regions exhibited significantly shorter overall survival.

3/6 In addition to common cerebral gliomas, we tried to predict the locations of multifocal and cerebellar gliomas by the AMN: ~90% localized within the network, and notably, no glioma was found entirely outside it.

2/6 Aggregating glioma network maps across all patients, we showed that this network consistently aligns with the AMN spanning cerebral cortex, subcortex, and cerebellum.
