2/2 - In 2007 an archaeological survey of the old churchyard found 157 grave shafts, estimating that up to 90% still held burials. Today that site has commercial buildings and parking, with about 30 old stones assembled into a cairn.

The obelisk has fallen toward the 2010 photographer, showing the degree to which the Township of Centre Wellington, in the last 15 years, has allowed brush and bramble to consume several large stones at the forest edge.
