when i googled him it suggested adding a famous pseudo archaeologist slash netflix personality to the terms

i can't think of anything that can possibly save the profession at this point, and likely to save universities as institutions, other than a broad general strike of adjunct faculty. We just need to stop doing it and let the institutions fall apart.
