I shot a short roll of SHD50 at an EI of 25 and developed it in HC110 to see how it developed. First pass, I think that 5 min in HC110 1:31 @ 5min is a good start. What was unexpected is that the color response is off and that contrast is high. Details in the alt-text. /1
This is SHD50, EI25 shot in a Nikon FM2 with a Nikon Series E 50mm f/1.8. Shutter was 1/200, XSync setting, and aperture was f/5.6. The photographs were taken on a bright sunny day. Film was developed in HC110, diluted 1:31 for 5 minutes at about 21C. This is a negative, it has not been processed to positive. Two things strike me, 1) The big white rectangle on the left side of the photograph is a gray card. It looks the same as the black square in the bottom left of the color patches on the right side of the image. 2) Red, Green, and Blue patches on the right colunm of the color patches are all very light. This is a color photograph of the test subject for reference. This photograph was taken with a Pixel 7 'smart' phone.

Get the picture when you can.
I was on the pack porch one morning a month or so ago and saw a spiderweb in the sun. Got a few pictures with the m43 Oly. The one below is one of them.
The next day the web was gone. Get your pictures when you see them, time erases all.

Took the Leica IIc and the ELMAR 50mm f/3.5 lens to Garner NC. Kodak Gold 200 was the film of choice. Negatives were converted with NLP. I am very happy with the combination.

Inspired by Panchro_Kym, @panchromatic.bsky.social, I took my D750 and three of my Nikon Series E primes out for a walk Saturday. The lenses work well on the D750 and pictures were made.

I used an Argus Argoflex EF with FomaPan 100, developed with HC110 dulution 1:47. Scanned with an Epson 600. Rental pedal boats at Lake Crabtree County Park in Wake County, North Carolina. The water was like glass today with only a slight ripple. I had wanted to participate in 620 day where one takes a 620 film camera out and takes pictures. I had to work so I went out on the 21st. I used an Argus Argoflex EF with FomaPan 100, developed with HC110 dulution 1:47. Scanned with an Epson 600. Ramp out to a boat dock at Lake Crabtree County Park in Wake County, North Carolina. One cannot see it in this shot, but there is a facility on the dock for people who use wheelchairs can get into small boats. The water was like glass today with only a slight ripple. Yesterday I took the Zorki1 (Leica II clone), with the Industar 22 (ELMAR wannabe) out with a roll of Kodak Gold 200 film.
We started the day at the 'Historic Oak View County Park', and I finished the roll of film at home with one of Terri's potted flowers.
Black Eyed Susans a the front door of the main house at Oak View. Oak View interprets a farm that one existed in Wake County North Carolina that dates back from before the US Civil War. The picture was taken with a Zorki 1 on Kodak Gold 200 film using a Industar 22m lens. Potted purple flowers that Terri has. The flowers were bought at a flea market in Eden North Carolina when we were there for an Argus Collectors Group gathering in May 2025. Took the FED2, made in Ukraine, out with a roll of FomaPan 100 made in the Czech Republic on the first day of the Crappy Commie Camera Party 2025. A combination that I use often.

"Old Building" This building in downtown Wendell, North Carolina, has been crumbling for years. It appears that they are beginning to fix it. FED, Zorki, and Kiev are the names of three series of 35mm rangefinder cameras. I have a FED2 and a Zorki1 and they work fine. I've attached photographs of the cameras below.
I have bought from fedka.com/fs/ in the past. The store is based in New York USA as I remember.
