They're characterful wee pixel portraits. The green background is a nice touch.
Monochrome portraits of the crew, Dallas, Kane, Ripley, Ash, Lambert, Parker, and Brett, tiny little things but characterful enough in detail to be identifiable as each crew member. Dallas with his beard, Brett with his hat, Partker's bandana, and Ripley's frizzy hair.
