I'm going to give Albertsons/Safeway/Vons the benefit of the doubt and say they are circumventing the USDA's nasty reminder to not offer discounts to SNAP recipients. Granted you have to be a 'member' but one can make up a phone # to use.

4-H competitors at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup. They get to ditch school for a week while competing against other riders from all over the state. After this I go find a deep fried something.

I put this sticker on my rental car for two reasons: 1, to help find the one of thousands of white Nissan Altimas in SoCal, 2, to get a rise out of maggots. When I was returning the car, I removed it (it's a cling). The return agent asked what it was, asked for it and stuck it to his metal podium.

I supported my sister (director of local group) and went to church for the first time in 2 years. 😳 L'Arche is a faith based (non clergy) int'l organization that provides group homes for developmentally disabled adults. Seattle celebrated 50 years of service yesterday. #L'ArcheUSA

Here is the team, Southsound Suckafish (Olsen 30), heading north from Tacoma, competing in the WA360 boat race. Heather Tweedy, skipper. They left Pt. Townsend yesterday and haven't stopped sailing. They have go through two more mandatory 'gates' before heading back to Pt. Townsend for the finish.
