I'm going to give Albertsons/Safeway/Vons the benefit of the doubt and say they are circumventing the USDA's nasty reminder to not offer discounts to SNAP recipients. Granted you have to be a 'member' but one can make up a phone # to use.

What if we all decided to spend our #Christmas budgets on food for the poor this year? It would have the same effect as a retail #boycott and it would help our neighbors out when they need it!

Mom's memorial service today. I belong to a huge mixed bag of family. Gotta keep things all ponies and rainbows. My tongue is gonna be sore from biting it. Will they be able to see the primal scream in my eyes as I listen to them drone on about how great everything is? 🐴🌈💙

Mom slipped away in the dark last night. One of the last of the depression babies, she endured being raised by a single mom with 2 other siblings. Mom made sure we had the education for a good paying job to be financially independent from our spouses.
My turn to lessen the tedium for my 92 y.o. mom living in a SNF on hospice. She is a 2 person assist due to a hemorrhagic stroke almost a year ago. She watches westerns for the horses and makes me read and reread Ben K Green short stories. She is unwavering in her hatred of the 'orange turd'.

I put this sticker on my rental car for two reasons: 1, to help find the one of thousands of white Nissan Altimas in SoCal, 2, to get a rise out of maggots. When I was returning the car, I removed it (it's a cling). The return agent asked what it was, asked for it and stuck it to his metal podium.
