Yeah, but the other gospels include Jesus telling people to lay up treasures in heaven and stuff like that. None of the gospels, or teachings in Acts and letters, portray Jesus aspiring to take over governments.

Jesus also said to Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor of his home territory, that "my kingdom is not of this world." So there's that.
