All of them have a weird/consistent "reply to" in the dropdown info for the sender. Figure out what that is, then create a Gmail filter to identify anything with the words "@blahblah.2fa.com-token-auth.com" (but put whatever yours is). Have them skip your inbox and go to another folder!
