When I was on the receiving end of those inquiries, I simply tracked in a shared excel file so that I could point to it and say, “for the 5th time this month we aren’t affected by that Exchange vulnerability because we use O355.”

Our CISO reads bleepingcomputer and sends out emails asking “Are we affected by this?” Otherwise, nothing.
