We have very few actual judges in regards to making law. Nearly all see the desired result and figure out how to achieve it. That is the role of lawyers. Judges should reach results without regard to the outcome.

35-38% of the country supports Trump. They don't want democracy. What makes you think a democracy with that large a populace opposed to it should be sought?
